The SFTP comprises of two distinctive parts.

The first focus is to have you EXPERIENCE the journey yourself. All our facilitators need to know what it feels like to go through the program and to really believe in what it does before they can guide another through it. The value of this is immeasurable, as you will not only gain all the benefits of growth, development and self-exploration, but will also have an understanding of the tools and journey that theory just can’t cover. 

The second focus of the SFTP is to train you to facilitate a Seriti™ group. This part of your training will be extremely interactive and you will be able to bounce around ideas of how to run a group, learn tips on what does and doesn’t work and even discuss any challenges or questions you might have around your specific group. You will take a group, or three or four, through the Seriti™ Course in Greatness and your trainer will be right by your side.

Skills you will learn in your SFTP:

-          how to guide people to live from their greatness

-          how to help people achieve goals

-          flawless communication

-          how to deal with challenges

-          understand the process of change

-          how to give ‘negative’ feedback

-          marketing tips

-          group dynamics

Once you have completed this year of mentorship and training, your trainer will assess you according to ten competencies (provided to you at the beginning of the program). This assessment will test your coaching abilities, listening skills and ability to guide members effectively. It might sound a little scary, but once you have passed this assessment, there will be no room for doubt that your coaching ability is of the highest standard.

Upon completion of your SFTP you will receive a certificate stating that you are a certified Seriti™ facilitator and have been trained specifically to run Seriti™ groups. This certificate will act as your stamp of approval from Seriti™.

The trainers of your SFTP are all hand-picked by our founder. They have extensive coaching experience and a keen desire to see the world move into a reality where everyone’s greatness is not only acknowledged, but encouraged.
